Helping out just feels good.....
There are many ways to get involved with the work we do at the shelter. Here are some of the volunteer positions that are ongoing at Shelter House:
 VOLUNTEER DRIVERS : Volunteer drivers are required for various pick ups throughout the city, Monday thru Sunday, mornings only.
| | | Volunteers help sort, tidy and organize the clothing as well as assist people looking for clothing and/or footwear. They can also help tidy the storage area. |
 SOUP KITCHEN: Volunteers will assist the group leader and/or staff with the preparation, serving and cleaning up of the afternoon meal and/or the evening meal.
Group leaders guide the Soup Kitchen volunteers through the kitchen routine, plan the daily menu, cook and serve the meal as well as help clean up.

FUNDRAISING Help Shelter House raise funds throughout the year to aid those who are most in need in our community. | EVENTS Whether it's helping with set-up or running an activity, Shelter House relies on its many event volunteers to make its events the best they can. | |
