Lunch - Evening Dates ...subject to change
Want to show off your CHEF'S talent....... We serve two meals per day that are open to the public. A lunch meal that runs from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. and an evening meal that runs from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. Each meal generally requires about 2 to 3 hours of preparation time (depending on the number of volunteers, familiarity with our kitchen, and what's on the menu), so the commitment from volunteers would be approx. 5 hours including clean up. We are very flexible in terms of when volunteers can come in, and how frequently. Some groups will volunteer weekly, monthly, bi-monthly or they book random meals whenever they get a chance. Generally speaking the groups are approx. 4 - 6 people in size, although there is flexibility there as well. (We have single individuals who come in, as well as larger groups)
